Pricing

We offer a wide variety of short term rental options to meet you and your family's needs. Check in/out times are somewhat flexible, again we will attempt to work with you to meet your needs.

• Daily Rate (4pm to 10am any day) $995.00
• Weekend (Friday 4pm to Sunday 10am) $2,995.00
• Mid-Week (Monday 4pm to Thursday 10am) Please call for rate information
• Full Week (6 nights - 7 days) $5,995.00
• Please Note: This does not include Exit housekeeping or Vermont Room Tax of 9%.

There is a minimum 2 night stay. During July and August, there is a minimum 1 week stay (Saturday - Saturday).

 Security Deposit

For our protection, we require a security deposit in the amount of $1,000 (fully refundable). Our Short Term Rental Agreement will provide for specific details on this matter.

Cancellation Policy

We are understanding that everyone's schedules and plans can change. For this reason we offer the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations may be requested by e-mailing our Property Manager at Kathy@justinlake.com. Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance will be fully refunded only IF WE CAN RENT THAT SAME TIME TO SOMEONE ELSE. ANY EXPENSES INCURRED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WIRING FEES, BANK FEES, ETC., WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND DUE.  IF WE DO NOT RE-RENT, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. CANCELLATIONS 0-29 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Accepted Form of Payment

We only accept bank transfer. Sorry, we DO NOT accept personal checks or credit cards.

Requirement for Reservation

The full amount of rent is due upon booking. Tax and Security Deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Exit housekeeping is due the day of departure. If reservation date is 30 or less days from arrival date, 100% is due at time of reservation.
