We offer a wide variety of short term rental options to meet you and your family's needs. Check in/out times are somewhat flexible, again we will attempt to work with you to meet your needs.

• Daily Rate (4pm to 10am any day) $995.00
• Weekend (Friday 4pm to Sunday 10am) $2,995.00
• Mid-Week (Monday 4pm to Thursday 10am) Please call for rate information
• Full Week (6 nights - 7 days) $5,995.00
• Please Note: Vermont sales tax of 9% and exit housekeeping are not included.

 Security Deposit

For our protection, we require a security deposit in the amount of $1,000 (fully refundable). Our Short Term Rental Agreement will provide for specific details on this matter.

Cancellation Policy

We are understanding that everyone's schedules and plans can change. For this reason we offer the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations may be requested by e-mailing our Property Manager at Kathy@justinlake.com. Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance will be fully refunded IF WE CAN RENT THAT SAME TIME TO SOMEONE ELSE. ANY EXPENSES INCURRED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WIRING FEES, BANK FEES, ETC., WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND DUE.  IF WE DO NOT RE-RENT, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. CANCELLATIONS 0-29 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept wire transfer and all major credit cards. Sorry, we do NOT accept personal checks.

Requirement for Reservation

This includes the security deposit. The remaining balance must be received within 30 days of first payment. If reservation date is 30 or less days from arrival date, 100% is due at time of reservation.
