    Our property is the perfect getaway for any season. In  winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and authentic Vermont  horse drawn sleigh rides - complete with hot cocoa and smores. In the warmer  months, train for a triathlon and other athletics, using our 1/2 mile private lake and easy access to
dozens of running and on/off road cycling  trails, or simply relax fishing on the lake or teeing up on the area's  best golf courses.  

    Any time of year, you can shop till you drop in Manchester, Vermont's  famous outlet stores as well as explore the many fine antique shops  throughout the area; or hike on the property or Vermont's many mountain  peaks. Most importantly, there is no better property to experience the  brilliant colors of the
New England fall foliage!   In short, the  possibilities of things to do with family and friends are endless.

    During your stay, we can arrange for as much or as little as you want.
